Rhea Rosvold, B. Ed, currently coordinates an employee development program at Radius Community Centre, a local community based organization that supports 600 Saskatoon workers each year. Her background includes facilitating employee and supervisory skills development workshops at 60 local organizations backed up by 25 years’ experience in real estate management. Rhea is also a Certified MBTI Personality Type Instructor and promotes the appreciation of personality diversity. Her goal is to support workplace harmony, develop resiliency, and enhance teamwork leading to improved productivity for positive personal and organizational results.
