Marcia Mirasty

Marcia Mirasty is a member of Canoe Lake Cree First Nation in northern Saskatchewan.  Marcia is married to Rico and together they are blessed with three children. They make Flying Dust First Nation their home.
Marcia has been a champion in helping our Indigenous people step into their greatness.
                                                                                                                  
She is an northern Cree woman with strong cultural values and beliefs who works tirelessly believing that everyone deserves a second chance.

She has over 30 years of professional experience in the area of health, healing and wellness.  
She believes that, “The best gift we can give to our children is when we heal ourselves”.

Some of Marcia’s highlights include health promotion, awareness and prevention. She has focused on healing from inter-generational trauma associated with the after-math of the residential school era and had the opportunity to present to Justice Murray Sinclair during the National Truth and Reconciliation Gathering.

She is a workshop facilitator, presenter, keynote speaker as well as a First Nation Mental Health Therapist. She loves to see our people transform and become healthier and stronger.
