Ashley Boha

Working in the not for profit and charitable sector in community development has been a passion of Ashley’s from a very young age, and is the sector she has spent majority of her career in, with a special focus on workforce development.  As Executive Director at Work Prep her current focus is driving innovation, greater collaboration across the sector, province and country and taking a 21st century approach to positively disrupt the sector for the betterment of the entire community.
