Sandra has an integrated education and background in both Human Resource Management and Organizational Behaviour. She has more than 25 years of leading, managing, teaching, and consulting across a wide range of organizations in the private, public, and not-for-profit sectors. Sandra teaches in the Paul J. Hill School of Business and the Kenneth Levene Graduate School of Business at the University of Regina, and leads executive education and professional development sessions with the Centre for Management Development. Sandra is the lead co-author of Human Resource Management, 4th Canadian Edition (2016) and co-author of Canadian Organizational Behaviour, 9th Edition (2015), published by McGraw-Hill Ryerson. Sandra holds the designation of Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) and is a member of the Saskatchewan Association of Human Resource Professionals. She is a former Commissioner of the Saskatchewan Public Service Commission, the central human resource agency for the provincial government. Sandra has received recognition for her teaching accomplishments including, Inspiring Teacher Award—Business Administration.
